How many FRISK's can be eat safely during one day?
Sweeteners are safe when comsumed in a normal way. If you consume too much sweeteners they may have, for instance, a laxative effect. To know when too much is too much. You have to know the ADI (Acceptable Daily Intake) of the ingredients.
The Acceptable Daily Intake is defined as the amount of a food additive that can be ingested daily in the diet without appreciatable risk on the basis of all facts known at the time. "Without appreciatable risk" refers to the practical certainly that injury will not result, even after a lifetime of experience.
For Aspartame the ADI is 40 mg per kilo body weight per day. For Acesulfame K it is 15 mg per kilo body weight. Solbitol has no ADI.
Example for a person who weights 70 kg:
1 FRISK Tablet = 144 mg contains 0.3% Aspartame (=0.432 mg)
ADI = 2800 mg
This person can eat 6.481 FRISK Tablets a day to reach the maximum of the ADI.
1箱/日くらいのペースで1週間くらいかじり続けたことがありますが、個人的にはなんともなかったです。
